Dallas trio Wo Fat take the blues somewhere darker on The Black Code. Their fourth studio album rolls thick, fuzz-drenched riffs into long psychedelic grooves, with a streak of sci-fi and digital dread running through the haze. Originally released in 2012 on Small Stone Records, it is a weighty meeting point for stoner rock and doom, built to be played loud and allowed to sprawl.

This is the 2022 Totem Cat Records edition, pressed on beer-coloured vinyl with neon green splatter and limited to 400 copies. Sleeve and vinyl are both graded M.
