Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping Standard delivery: 2–4 business days Express delivery: 1–2 business days

EU Shipping Standard international: 5–10 business days

International Shipping (US, Canada, Australia & others) Standard international: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Packaging All vinyl records are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Records are shipped in rigid mailers with cardboard stiffeners to prevent damage. We take great care to protect both the sleeve and the vinyl.

Tracking Tracking information will be provided for all orders where available. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hollowstonerecords@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the shipping cost.
