Team Sleep were never designed to exist in the music industry most of us recognise. Their sound resists easy categorisation, dream-pop, trip-hop, indie, post-punk, lo-fi, psychedelic, shoegaze, electronica. A hybridity that feels natural now, but in 2005 was genuinely ahead of its time.

That's only part of the story. Almost 20 years on, this self-titled debut remains the band's only studio album. They disbanded a year after its release, briefly returned in 2014, then disappeared again. Their hiatus continues to this day. If that's not reason enough to dig deeper into the legacy, nothing is.

Featuring Chino Moreno (Deftones), Todd Wilkinson, and CrookOne, this is the double vinyl edition new and sealed.
