Sungrazer – Mirador

Sungrazer were a heavy rock power trio from Maastricht, Netherlands, whose brief existence between 2009 and 2013 produced some of the most beautifully crafted psychedelic stoner rock to emerge from Europe in that era. Their music moved fluidly between sprawling psychedelic jams and focused, riff-driven heaviness, always with a melodic sensibility that set them apart. Singer and guitarist Rutger Smeets passed away in October 2015 at the age of 38, making the band's small catalogue all the more precious.

Mirador, released in July 2011 on Elektrohasch Schallplatten, is their second album and widely regarded as their finest work. Pressed on black vinyl and presented in a gatefold sleeve, this is an original pressing in exceptional condition.
