Before Dopesmoker rewrote the rules entirely, Sleep's Holy Mountain was the record that announced what this band was capable of. Released in 1992 on Earache, it remains one of the most perfectly realised doom metal albums ever committed to tape, a slow-motion avalanche of riffs that owes as much to Black Sabbath as it does to the California desert.

This limited reissue on white vinyl is the definitive way to own it. Heavy, warm, and utterly uncompromising.
