Originally released in 2004 on Regain Records, Plague Angel is widely regarded as one of Marduk's finest albums. The Swedish black metal band shifted gear here from their earlier hyper-speed approach toward something heavier, more mid-paced, and more crushing: a relentless record built on riffs rather than velocity. "Throne of Rats," "Deathmarch," and "Steel Inferno" are among the best tracks of their career. Essential black metal.

This reissue has been remastered by Patrick W. Engel at Temple of Disharmony and is pressed on white/black marbled vinyl in a gatefold sleeve, strictly limited to 500 copies worldwide. New and factory sealed.
