Longing To Be The Mountain is the Rochester trio's second full-length, originally released in 2018 and reissued here by Stickman Records in 2023. It's a slower, more patient record than its predecessor, rooted in blues and built on long, open grooves that give each track room to breathe and expand. The title track alone is worth the price of admission.

Pressed on silver 180g vinyl, this is a weighty, well-made object that does justice to the music inside it.
