Kamchatka – The Search Goes On

Kamchatka are a Swedish blues rock trio whose sound draws deep from the well of late 1960s and early 1970s heavy blues, channelling the raw power of stoner rock and the haze of psychedelic rock into something distinctly their own. Named after the volcanically active Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia's Far East, the band carry that same elemental, untamed energy into every record they make.

The Search Goes On is a testament to that relentless drive. Released in February 2014 on Despotz Records, this gatefold LP captures the band at their most focused and ferocious, a record built on heavy riffs, soulful grooves, and the kind of organic, analogue warmth that only vinyl can deliver.
