Helmet - Meantime (2017 Red & Blue Split Vinyl LP)

Clipped riffs, tightly locked rhythms and weight without excess: Meantime captures Helmet's stripped-back approach to heavy music. Sitting between alternative rock and hardcore, its appeal lies in the tension between precision and impact, with space between the hits doing as much work as the riffs themselves.

This limited-edition US reissue was released by Interscope Records on 23 June 2017, pressed on red and blue 50/50 split vinyl. A distinctive coloured-vinyl edition, with this copy graded Sleeve NM / Vinyl M.
