Eight Years in the Making
The eleventh studio album from Corrosion of Conformity, Good God / Baad Man arrives eight years after No Cross No Crown (2018), the longest gap between studio albums in the band's career. Recorded March to August 2025 and produced by Warren Riker (known for his work with Down), it marks a significant moment in the COC story: the first album in 21 years to feature drummer Stanton Moore, and the debut of new bassist Bobby Landgraf, who stepped in following Mike Dean's departure in 2024.
Rooted in stoner rock and southern metal, it's a record that sounds like a band with something to prove. Heavy, unhurried and built on the kind of riffs that take their time arriving and refuse to leave.
