Following his acclaimed debut Mass Hypnosis And The Dark Triad, Church of the Cosmic Skull's Bill Fisher returned in October 2021 with his second solo album on Septaphonic Records. Hallucinations Of A Higher Truth continues his exploration of psychedelic rock on his own terms, written, performed and produced entirely by Fisher, with the exception of "Caroline" (written by Rossi/Young). It is a record that rewards close listening, rich in texture and atmosphere.
